You should consider applying for Eviction Prevention services through the Community Action Agency or Tucson Pima Eviction Prevention Project (see information below)

Tucson Pima Eviction Prevention Program

A joint project of the City of Tucson, Pima County, and Community Investment Corporation.

The Tucson Pima Eviction Prevention Program provides up to 12 months of rental/utility arrears and up to 3 months of on-going rental assistance for low/moderate income households facing eviction as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Pima County Office of Emergency Eviction Legal Services

The Office of Emergency Eviction Legal Services can help tenants in need of legal advice and representation in eviction cases.

Free legal counsel is available to qualifying tenants. Navigators are available to explain the process and connect tenants with other county and community resources, like rent assistance, help finding a job and much more.

Q2: Will you be forced out of your home within the next 7 days?(Required)

Q3: Not including this time, how many times have you been evicted from an apartment or other home rental in the past?(Required)

Q4: Not counting your current lease, have you or any other adult member of your household previously had a lease in your name(s)?(Required)

Q5: Have you or a member of your household broken a lease in the past (refused to pay rent, moved out before the lease ended without terminating the lease, etc.)?(Required)

Q6: Not including this time, have there been other times when you were unable to pay your rent, utilities, or other bills?(Required)

Q7: Are you or an adult member of your household currently residing in a prison, hospital, or other institution or did you exit one of these facilities in the last 30 days?(Required)

Q8: Have you or an adult member of your household been convicted of a felony crime related to drugs, sex crimes, arson, or crimes against other people?(Required)

Q9: Is any member of your household pregnant or under the age of 18?(Required)

Q10: Have you or any member of your household experienced homelessness that required you to sleep outside or in a car, in another place not meant for people to live, or at an emergency shelter or transitional housing program in the past 3 years?(Required)

Q11: Is your current situation in any way caused by a relationship that broke down, an unhealthy or abusive relationship, or because family or friends caused you to lose your housing?(Required)

Q12: Are you currently fleeing or attempting flee a dangerous situation because of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking?(Required)
