Homelessness Prevention Eligibility

It does not look like you are eligible for homelessness prevention services at this time. 

You should consider applying for Eviction Prevention services through the Community Action Agency or Tucson Pima Eviction Prevention Project (see information below)

Tucson Pima Eviction Prevention Program

A joint project of the City of Tucson, Pima County, and Community Investment Corporation.

The Tucson Pima Eviction Prevention Program provides up to 12 months of rental/utility arrears and up to 3 months of on-going rental assistance for low/moderate income households facing eviction as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Legal Services

Pima County Office of Emergency Eviction Legal Services

The Office of Emergency Eviction Legal Services can help tenants in need of legal advice and representation in eviction cases.

Free legal counsel is available to qualifying tenants. Navigators are available to explain the process and connect tenants with other county and community resources, like rent assistance, help finding a job and much more.
