Priority - Tucson Eviction Help

Homelessness Prevention Eligibility

Thank you for completing the homelessness prevention assessment

If assistance is available, you will be contacted by a community partner agency.

Please provide your name, phone number, and email address. A representative will reach out to you to verify your eligibility and collect required documents.

Note: Please do not complete the assessment again unless something significantly changes in your situation or more than 30 days have passed. Your information has been saved. Completing multiple applications through this page may make it harder for you to receive assistance if you are eligible.
There are far more requests for assistance than available resources can support.  You will only be contacted if a community agency is able to offer you help.
